Antojitos Nissi began as a promise—to keep alive the flavors that defined our childhood. Every recipe in our kitchen has been passed down through generations, each one carrying the fingerprints of a grandmother who believed that feeding someone was the deepest expression of care.
When we arrived in Houston, we carried those recipes like treasures. What started as Sunday dinners for friends became something larger: a gathering place where the aroma of fresh tortillas fills the air and every guest feels like family.
We source our ingredients with intention—imported spices from Latin America, locally grown produce from Texas farms, and the kind of time-honored techniques that cannot be rushed. The result is food that doesn't just taste like home—it tastes like belonging.
